A one-screen launch page for the drink you want sold this summer
Solar Snap is not a full bar website. It is a single promotional screen built to push one thing hard: a seasonal drink, a new cocktail menu, or a summer opening. That makes it a strong match for a pool bar, a rooftop terrace, a beach or hotel bar, a juice bar launching a summer range, or a small drinks brand with a signature serve to sell. It suits venues where the weather and the glass do the selling, and where the goal of the page is a single action, such as booking a table or ordering, rather than browsing.
The tone is loud and cheerful, closer to a shop window poster than a candlelit menu. The photographs are bright, sunlit and literal, with pool water and blue sky in the frame, so it reads as daytime drinking and holiday mood. If your trade is outdoor, warm-weather and walk-in, that is working in your favour.
What is already on the screen, and what each part is for
Everything sits on one screen, so there is very little to plan. It contains:
- A header with your bar's name on the left and a small number on the right (a leftover from its slideshow origins, which you can remove or turn into something useful like a year of opening).
- A call-to-action button, the one place you send people, for example "Book a sunbed" or "See the menu".
- A five-star rating opposite the button, a quick trust signal.
- A huge headline that runs the full width of the page. This is the message, and it is designed to be short: two or three words.
- Three small square photos acting as a strip of your drinks.
- A statistic panel, a coloured block holding a short label and one big number, such as cocktails on the menu or years serving.
- One large photograph that carries the mood of the whole page.
Swapping Table Eight for your own bar
The demo is set up for a brand called Table Eight promoting a "Summer Drink", so the copy changes are small but every word is visible. You will replace the name, rewrite the headline to fit the same width, choose a button label, and pick a figure for the statistic panel that is true and worth boasting about. Only keep the star rating if you can point to real reviews behind it.
The photographs are the main job. You need four images of your own drinks, ideally shot outdoors in good light, since the page relies on them for almost all of its colour. Three should work as small squares and one as a wide hero shot.
Because it is a single screen, you would add the practical details customers look for: opening hours, address, a phone number, and a link to a full menu or booking system. Many owners use Solar Snap as the front page for a season and link out to those, which keeps the promotion uncluttered while still answering the "where and when" questions.
