A front door for a bar people visit in the sun

Poolside Bloom suits a venue whose trade depends on daylight and good weather: a hotel pool bar, a rooftop terrace, a beach club kiosk, a garden spritz bar, or a juice and smoothie counter that sells refreshment more than nightlife. Its photographs show drinks being poured, shared and raised outdoors rather than a dark room with a back bar, so it speaks to customers choosing where to spend a sunny afternoon, not where to end a night out.

It fits an independent operator or a small venue team best. The tone is relaxed and social, closer to a lifestyle brand than a formal cocktail lounge, which works well for a place that wants groups of friends and holiday guests through the door.

What the single screen already does for you

This is one screen, not a multi-page site. Everything sits on a single opening view, and that view already covers the essentials a visitor looks for in the first few seconds:

  • A header with your name, five navigation links, a phone number and a social media handle, so someone can call or find your Instagram without scrolling.
  • A grid of four photographs that does the selling, showing the drinks and the setting together.
  • A large two-line title and a short paragraph for your pitch, such as a new summer menu or opening hours.
  • One button for the single action you most want, for example "Book a table" or "See the menu".

The five navigation links are there, but the pages behind them are not. You decide where they lead.

The work between choosing it and opening the doors

The template is built around a placeholder drinks brand called Wardiere Inc. and a "Summer Drink" headline, so the name, title, paragraph, phone number and social handle all need replacing. That part takes an afternoon.

The bigger job is photography. The design relies on four warm, naturally lit pictures of real drinks in real settings, and stock images will show. Budget for a short shoot at your own venue on a bright day. Two of the four photos sit inside coloured frames and two do not; keep that mix when you swap them, because it is what gives the grid its character.

Behind the navigation, you would add a menu page, opening times and directions, plus a booking or enquiry form if you take reservations. If walk-ins and phone bookings drive your trade, the phone number is already in the header, so that need is covered from day one.

Where Poolside Bloom sits next to Solar Snap

Solar Snap is built around a seasonal cocktail promotion. Poolside Bloom is better thought of as the front of a bar's own website: it carries your contact details and navigation, and it introduces the venue as a place to visit rather than a single drink to try. Choose Poolside Bloom if you want a home page that grows into a full site for an outdoor or summer-led bar, with the photos of your terrace or pool doing most of the persuading.
