For a hospital whose waiting room has a parrot carrier in it
Peach & Paw is set up by species. Its main section sorts everything into four routes: cats, dogs, parrots and rabbits. That suits an animal hospital whose list of patients goes past cats and dogs. Think of a practice where a rabbit owner or a bird keeper can't count on the vet down the road, so they travel to you. If you treat small mammals and birds and want those owners to see straight away that they belong here, this template says it before they read a word of your copy.
The tone is warm and aimed at families. It suits a neighbourhood hospital whose clients are households with a mix of pets, not breeders or commercial clients. The site also sells. Food brands, a percentage-off offer and product categories all sit high on the page, so it fits a practice that stocks diets and supplies for every species it treats and wants that stock to earn its keep.
One page, four species and a shopfront already in place
Peach & Paw is a single scrolling page. Here is what it already contains:
- A slim strip above the menu with your opening hours, email address and phone number. Callers can find you without scrolling.
- A menu with About Us, Categories, Best Sellers, New Arrivals and Our Shop, plus links to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- An opening section headed "Everything Your Pet Needs", with buttons to your About Us and Categories content.
- Two promotional panels. One names the food brands you stock, and the other runs a discount on cat and dog supplies.
- A species carousel (a row of cards the visitor can scroll sideways). Each card links to one animal and lists the product types you carry for it, such as dry food, treats or litter boxes.
All of the shop structure is done: brand names, offers, product groupings and a separate route for each species. You don't need to build any of it.
Where the clinical side still needs writing
The template was designed around a pet shop called Happy Paw, and its words still read that way. You'll need to replace the name, the tagline and the opening line about "products from the best manufacturers" with copy about your hospital. You'll also want to add the sections a clinic needs that this page doesn't yet have: your services, your vets, emergency arrangements and a way to book. Plan for a few days of writing and some extra sections, not just a quick text swap.
You can keep the species cards and use them twice over. Next to the products for rabbits, list what you do for rabbits: dental checks, neutering, nail care. Do the same for each animal. Swap the stock photographs for your own patients where you can. A real parrot from your own client list does more for a bird owner than any library image.
Each of the other templates is built around one thing: a phone call, a health plan, a booking form, a long history or the till. Peach & Paw is built around the range of animals you see, which makes it the choice for a hospital whose strongest selling point is that it treats more than cats and dogs.
